The Young Adult Department welcomes tweens and teens to join us for fun programs, great books, and study. The YA department is located directly next to our Children’s Department. We offer a range of programs from our Tween/ Teen game night and Lego and tech clubs. We also run the High School Book Club, Pageturners and Reading Buddies. Teen Movie Club- Will resume in January
Join the Secaucus Public Library’s Teen Movie Club! Come and watch movies, eat snacks, meet new people or come with friends. A brief discussion will be held after the movie. Club members will discuss a new genre each month, and then vote on a movie to watch.
The club will meet on the first Friday of every month in the Panasonic Room from 6:30pm-8:30pm. This club is open to ages 13-18 only. Light refreshments will be provided. Sign up online at secaucuslibrary.org using the calendar of events page. For more information, call 201-330-2083 x4005.
The Millennial Book Club- Will resume summer 2017
The Secaucus Public Library meeting of the Millennial Book Club will be on August 19th at 6:30pm in the Panasonic room. Light refreshments will be served. The meetings will continue on the third Friday of every month at the same time. The book club is open to ages 16 to 35. Registration is strongly advised and can be done through the library’s website at secaucus.bccls.org or by calling the library. For more information contact the library at 201-330-2083.
Lego Club for Tweens
Tweens ages 8-12 complete different themed and timed Lego challenges while working together or independently.
