Study Space
The library has many places for quiet studying and reading. The Alice Rudlinger Reading Room, located on the first floor, is furnished with high-back chairs, sofas, and tables for those who require a workspace. Also, there are café tables for two located within the adult non-fiction area. This area is WiFi enabled for those who wish to bring their laptops.
For those who need a more private area or want to work with a small group, there are three small study rooms located in the reference department. These rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis; however Secaucus residents and library literacy tutors are given priority and will be able to make a reservation. Study rooms may be reserved for a maximum of three (3) consecutive hours. Please note, study rooms cannot be reserved for more than a month in advance. Please call (201) 330-2083 x4014 for availability or to make a reservation.
