The Friends of the Secaucus Public Library will be hosting the third installment of their new independent film series at 1pm on Sunday, April 23rd. According to Friends’ vice president Zinnia Miller, the film series, which is open to all residents, will show Remember, a 2015 Canadian-German drama starring Christopher Plummer and Martin Landau. Following the movie, Miller will lead an open discussion of the film.
The film screening and discussion will take place in the Panasonic Meeting Room on the second floor of the Secaucus Public Library. Light refreshments will be served. While Friends of the Library programs are open to all residents, we urge parents and caregivers to keep in mind that many of the films shown contain adult themes and may not be appropriate for children. Remember is rated R, and features storylines that might be very upsetting to younger viewers.
Registration for this event is recommended, and can be done by calling the library at 201-330-2083 or registering through the library’s online calendar at secaucuslibrary.org.
